Nice job for the painting, I guess you removed the old green painting, as it tends to disappear from the primary coating. Probably a long and fastidious task.

Congratulations also for the front loader ... we want to follow this realization step by step. The bench seems quite strong, do you have the other parts ?

I guess you succeed to remove the broken bolt on the front crankcase ... did you remove the differencial (gearings) ?

Yes, I succeeded to remove the broken bolt without removing the differential.

I also removed all the old painting before applying the new primary coat and the final color paint.

As for the FEL, I’m in the middle of the designing process. Until now I designed the Quick Attach that you saw in the pictures. I want to design the second Quick Attach for the Bucket, in order to be able to attach and other implements and not only the bucket in the future.

question about the engine : when you received your engine, was it equiped to receive the hydraulic pump? or have you bought the axle and pinion to drive the pump? in this case, could you send me the reference of those parts?

I want to equip a tractor with a LDA833 but it haven't got those parts in standard Equipment, so I need to buy those ones.

un question concernant le moteur : lorsque tu as reçu ton moteur, était il équipé pour recevoir la pompe hydraulique? ou bien as tu acheté l'axe et le pignon pour entrainer la pompe? dans ce cas pourrais tu me communiquer les references de ces pièces?

je veux equiper un tracteur avec un LDA833, mais il ne possede pas ces pièces en pré-équipement standard, donc j'ai besoin d'acheter ces pièces.

The 11LD626-3 engine that I bought did not have a Hydraulic pump. So I bought the following parts from: (http://www.agromeccanica.it/en/connrod-piston-cylinder-crankshaft-flywheel-crankcase-flanging-mounts-1-1 and from http://www.technidiscount.com/ ) ( P.S.  They are both very helpful !!!) :
B 79 circlip (Cod.:1240041)
B 80 washer (Cod.:7626064)
B 81 hub (Cod.:5900015)
B 82 screw M 8 X 20 (Cod.:9732074)
B 83 flange for hydr.pump 3° PTO (Cod.:3855033)
B 84 O ring (Cod.:1202017)
B 85 gear support (Cod.:8780019)
B 87 screw M 8 X 25 (Cod.:9730100)
B 88 gear (Cod.:4936055)
B 89 screw M 10 X 45 (Cod.:9730048)

You should cross check them in order to be sure that they fit on the LDA833. Good luck !

Hi,

yes the parts are not the same, I search on "trattore.com" and I've found that my LDA833 is a 5LD825-3.
so not the same series of engine.
but your link will serve me : on trattore.com, I can't see the part because of the bad quality of the picture.

Hi Marc,

LDA 833 is quite heavy (255kg Dry weight), while 11LD is only 170kg !!! I think that you should be careful if you want to fit it in your Goldoni.

no I don't want to fit it on an universal, but on a ferrari 86rs !
on the universal, I will fit a LDA832, the same in two cylinders only.

but for the two engines I need the same parts for the hydraulic pump. those engines was used as stationnery engine (pump and air compressor).

Hi Kostas im giorgos ( am greek too but i speak in english for respect of the the other guys ) i have a Goldoni 834 s.c. with a slanzi dva 1550 i want to change the engine due to serius mechanical problems i'd like some help i could also buy a used one but it's dificult to find i don't want to spend more than 400 euros could you help me ?

Constantinos recherche un arbre de sortie de boîte du pont arrière, je lui ai répondu (par email) que le mieux est de se rapprocher de Goldoni.

Il a aussi une fuite en sortie de l'arbre de la direction hydraulique (celui qui vient actionner la grosse biellette). A priori, c'est un joint à lèvre à changer, des précautions à prendre pour ça ? (il va peut être devoir vidanger le circuit), souvent la partie hydraulique est assez délicate, mais là c'est le joint 6 ou 11

Dans le même temps, il va refaire son articulation : il souhaiterait avoir des conseils pour la démonter.
- enlever le moteur ? (ou le soutenir par dessous avec un cric rouleur)
- soutenir la pièce centrale, reliée au pont arrière
- retirer les axes
- reculer la partie avant, boite de vitesse au point mort.

au remontage, vaut mieux être 2 pour remettre les arbres de transmission.

Est-ce que c'est utile de décoller les 4 roues du sol ? à priori non, les arbres de transmission vont pas tourner si la boîte n'est pas en prise.

This is a really nice job as usual. Very impressive.
Maybe your are the son of a mysterious greek god of the mechanics.
Sheeps will have to be careful when you'll drive your chariot outside.

It seems the arms have been made by welding 2 U-shape parts. (as we can see grinding marks, maybe along the welding joint). As we say in France: "when we like it, we don't count (time)"

did you use an existing loader as a model ?
How wide is the front part ?

Enjoy yourself with this nice Goldoni but don't damage it.

For the arms actually I used one Hollow Rectangle Mild Steel Box Section Tube 60mm x 40mm x 3 mm Wall and another one catted in U shape in order to reinforce it and of course to be more beautiful.
I made the bucket 120cm wide because the tractor is almost 115cm wide.
As for the model, I saw some photos of the bonatti’s FEL (http://www.bonatticaricatori.it/mp.php?lingua=en), but I designed it from the scratch because I wanted to have the bucket as close as possible to the tractor in order to keep the axial forces as closer as possible to the front axle. In order to calculate all the angles and dimensions, I made an Excel file. I can upload it when I will translate the notes in English. Also, when I will finish the whole project I can upload all the details both for steel construction and for hydraulics.
