You must do brass covers to protect the main bearing oil tanks , do you have a little lenght of woal to drive the oil into the bearing ? it's important
Take care to your arms , it can be dangerous to oil the bearings like you do !!!!
why do you need a pipe(fixed on the rod ) to oil the piston pin?, Is your piston original ? normally the Gardner piston got a hole which drive the oil from the cylinder oiler to the pin
You did an excellent job , you can be proud

the 2nd one shows the other side of the original covers of another Gardner engine
The third shows the double piece of wool guided by a thin steel wire into the tank little pipe to drive the oil naturally in the bearing itself
